Team Management

Invite team members to your Tapboard account and manage their access. Each member is assigned a role that controls what they can do.


Accessing Team Management

Navigate to Team Members in the sidebar under the Settings section.


Viewing Your Team

The Team Members page shows a table of all active users in your organization:

NameThe team member's full name
EmailTheir login email
RoleTheir assigned role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor, or Viewer)

The account Owner is identified with a purple badge.


Inviting Team Members

  1. Click Invite Member.
  2. Fill in the invitation form:
    • Full Name (optional).
    • Email (required). The invitation is sent to this address.
    • Role (required). Choose from: Admin, Manager, Editor, or Viewer.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

The invited person will receive an email with instructions to join your organization.

Invitation Limits

Your plan determines how many team members you can have:

Pro+10

If you have reached your plan limit, you will need to upgrade before inviting more members.

Who Can Invite

Only the account Owner can invite new team members.


Pending Invitations

Below the active members table, a separate section shows pending invitations that have not yet been accepted. Each entry shows:

  • Email address
  • Assigned role
  • Expiration time
  • Who sent the invitation

The Owner can Cancel a pending invitation at any time.


Removing Team Members

  1. Find the team member in the active members list.
  2. Click the Remove button next to their name.
  3. Confirm the removal.

The Owner cannot remove themselves. To transfer ownership, contact support@tapboard.app.


Understanding Roles

OwnerFull access including billing. One per organization.
AdminFull access except billing.
ManagerCreate and edit all content. Cannot manage users or integrations.
EditorEdit existing content. Limited create/delete access.
ViewerRead-only access.
