How Tapboard Works

Tapboard follows a simple flow to get your menus on screen:

Create Location → Add Menu Items → Build Menu Board → Configure Screen → Pair Device → Publish
  1. Set up your location with address, timezone, and business hours.
  2. Add your menu content — either manually or by syncing from your POS system.
  3. Design menu boards — choose a template, assign categories, and pick layouts.
  4. Configure screens — assign menu boards and optional ad playlists to screen pages.
  5. Pair your Fire TV device — enter the 6-digit code shown on the TV.
  6. Publish — your device automatically picks up the new configuration and displays it.
