What happens after my 14-day Pro trial ends?
If you don't subscribe by day 14, your dashboard locks to the Billing page until you pick a plan. POS sync stops, POS-pulled items deactivate, and Fire TV displays go dark. Nothing is deleted—all your menus and data stay put. Subscribe any time to restore full access.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What hardware do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI port plus a Fire TV Stick or Android TV device. No proprietary hardware, no special displays.
Which POS systems are supported?
Square is fully supported today. Clover and Toast integrations are on the roadmap. You can also enter your menu manually on any plan.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees.
How do I get support?
All support is provided through your Tapboard dashboard. Pro and Platinum include live chat support. Platinum receives priority response times.
